LDX has secured technicians NZ wide, and now we are seeking additional administration and coordination support for them.

The role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service department, and the Parts departments as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate service requests and appointments, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and maintenance requests
  • Assign work orders to service technicians based on skills, location, and priority, optimising their schedules for efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed service records and WIP management
  • Opening and closing of job orders ensuring all relevant information is entered including customer order number, machine details, purchase orders, timesheets etc.
  • Provide world class customer service, keeping customers informed about service appointments, delays, and expected completion times whilst addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally with a smile

We are ideally looking for:

  • Previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
  • Proven experience with scheduling and planning
  • 3 +years' experience in an administration or coordinator role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Precise and correct in approach to tasks, has an eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Well organised, methodical and efficient
  • Understands the importance of great customer service
  • Current holder of NZ work visa, resident, or citizen.
