1. WHS Officer
The WHS Officer will deliver practical WHS support across day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include
- Providing advice to workers and contractors
- Supporting WHS inductions and safety programs
- Assisting with risk assessments, SWMS and inspections
- Supporting incident investigations
- Engaging staff in proactive, positive safety practices
Requirements
- Certificate IV in WHS
- Practical WHS experience across operational environments
*2. WHS manager*The WHS Manager will lead the organisation's WHS strategy and oversee the development and implementation of its Work Health and Safety Management System. Key responsibilities include
- Leading and mentoring a small safety team
- Providing high-level WHS advice to leaders and staff
- Managing WHS training, audits, compliance and safety initiatives
- Leading incident investigations and Return to Work processes
- Driving cultural change and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong capability in WHS systems, training and compliance
