  • Ensure all activities are performed safely and in compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and documentation in line with quality and GMP requirements.
  • Take full ownership of production equipment reliability and performance.
  • Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring breakdowns and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Execute and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Respond quickly to equipment issues, troubleshoot effectively, and restore reliable operation.
  • Respond to BMS alarms and provide basic utilities system coverage as part of site reliability support.
  • Maintain and update engineering documentation, including SOPs, EWIs, and maintenance plans.
  • Manage critical spare parts, maintenance data, and reliability metrics to support long-term equipment performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
  • Provide technical input to upgrades or improvement activities as required.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years in industrial maintenance or plant engineering, skilled with mechanical, pneumatic, and production machinery.
  • Engineering Trade Test Certificate or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Hold an Electrical Service Technician (EST) licence or registration with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) is desired, if not, we will help you to become a licenced professional.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain equipment for efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Experienced in planned maintenance, mechatronics and automation, and practical engineering across facilities.
  • Skilled in electrical systems, automation, PLCs, and instrument control.
  • Tech-savvy with strong Health & Safety, GMP, and security awareness.
  • Excellent communicator, self-driven, organised, and solution focused.
  • Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and making an impact.
