About the Role:
As the
Manager - Liquidity Management
you will report to the
HO Liquidity & Business Management
and will:
- Ensure liquidity and funding are forecasted and managed accurately and efficiently.
- Effectively manage cash positions, raise and invest short-term funds, and assist in longer-term financing activities.
- Interact with regulated financial markets, including benchmark bank bill pricing and short-term money market products.
- Deliver accurate and insightful analysis for liquidity forecasting, continuously improving accuracy.
- Communicate the bank's current and forecast liquidity position to key internal stakeholders.
- Support securitisation programme and collateral management activities.
- Develop balance sheet tools and analysis, contributing to process improvements.
- Manage the balance sheet within delegated credit, liquidity, and market risk limits.
- Adhere to all Bank and Treasury policies, including funding and liquidity standard

- Passion and motivation as a team player.
- Strong analytical ability (Excel, VBA, SQL).
- Ability to precisely analyse and interpret data, with broad economic and market insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support key decision making.
- Ability to work at pace across a variety of activities.
- Professional manner and service orientation.
- Experience in global financial markets, treasury functions, or securitisation management is advantageous, but attitude, relevant qualifications, and transferable skills are key.
