Q-Liquid Ltd is a leading Auckland-based importer and wholesaler of liquor and European food products. We proudly supply retailers and supermarkets across Aotearoa.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics & Distribution Manager
 to join our dynamic team. This key role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods across our supply chain, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage all logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations


• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound freight, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery


• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records


• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs


• Manage delivery processes, including tracking shipments, resolving delays, and addressing any delivery-related issues


• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and all regulatory requirements


• Manage relationships with freight partners and negotiate contracts where necessary


• Resolve delivery, stock, and operational issues promptly

Skills & Experience Required:


• Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management


• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities


• Strong communication skills and attention to details


• Proficiency in inventory systems and logistics software (preferred)


• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (advantageous)

Salary level: $26-30 based on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Location: Onehunga, Auckland
