Your new role:

You'll be the central coordinator for a consulting practice, supporting senior leaders and practice leads. From recruitment and reporting to onboarding and invoicing, you'll ensure smooth operations and high team productivity across their data and advisory functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in supporting data-driven projects in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Manage reporting and project set-up in internal systems
  • Support financial processes including contractor invoicing
  • Maintain document repositories and consultant profiles
  • Assist in business improvement activities
  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure project data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong project administration background, ideally in enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting or coordinating data or analytics projects
  • Skilled in process design and workflow optimisation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficient in Office Suite; exposure to Dynamics 365, Jira, and Azure advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

Fixed term role starting January 2026 through to approx January/February
