We're in need of a Senior Payroll Specialist where your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless management of various payrolls across a collective of over 2500 employees.

Whilst not directly managing staff, you will be the senior member of the payroll team with expectations that you assist in the mentorship and guidance of junior staff as the  Payroll Manager builds the processes and frameworks of a newly centralised team.

Required Experience

  • Proficient in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of the iChris and Chris21 payroll systems but if not, then one with similar complexity.
  • Experienced in end-to-end payroll management, from onboarding and pay processing to termination. Ideally within a large organisation.
  • Adept at navigating complex payroll regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate payroll records.
