About us

Proudly Kiwi-owned since 1910, Naylor Love is one of New Zealand's largest commercial construction companies. With over 900 talented people delivering more than 100 projects nationwide, we're recognised for our commitment to quality and innovation.

Our reputation is built on strong client relationships, smart build solutions, and a culture of construction excellence. With an extensive forward workload across the country, we continue to set the standard for modern contracting.

The role will have a strong bias to all Design and Construct projects, both legally and commercially.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise will influence decisions and drive best practice across the business.

  • High self-motivation and a passion for driving company success
  • Practical capability to implement solutions effectively

This is a challenging and rewarding role, managing rapid growth, diverse projects, and the increasing importance of contract law in our industry.

Why work with us?

At Naylor Love, our people are our brand. We live our values and give our team ownership of what they do. Join us and you'll find a collaborative environment where your career can thrive.

We offer the following:

  • Opportunities for growth and development
  • A culture that values innovation and excellence
  • The chance to make a real impact in a leading construction company
