Territory Manager Opportunity:

Are you ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our high-performing team, covering South Auckland and the Coromandel.

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager (UNI), you'll take ownership of a key territory maximising sales, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering outstanding in-store execution across our grocery partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive performance across your sales territory
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and deliver outstanding service
  • Execute strategic sales plans to lift distribution, presence, and displays
  • Achieve or exceed financial targets and contribute to sustainable growth
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance sales efficiencies

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally in grocery OR the motivation, energy and drive to kick-start your FMCG sales career
  • Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills capability
  • A results-driven, collaborative, and positive approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using technology, including iPad
  • A full clean driver's licence
