The Role

We're seeking two skilled Pizza Chefs to join our kitchen crew at Queenstown Wharf Bar. You'll be at the heart of our open kitchen, crafting wood-fired pizzas that pair perfectly with our cocktails and lake views.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas to a consistently high standard
  • Manage prep, dough making, and firing during service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
  • Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
  • Support the wider kitchen team with prep and service as needed
  • Must be available to begin work December 1st, 2025

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role
  • Skilled with wood-fired ovens and pizza dough techniques
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, energetic, and quality-focused
  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and public holidays
