Pizza Chef

Are you an experienced Pizza Chef looking for a full time role?

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pizza Chef.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• Minimum of 3 years' Experience.

• Proven experience being able to coordinate daily operations of Pizza Production – preparation of pizza dough, sauces, toppings and other ingredients according to recipes and quality guidelines.

• Proven attention to detail and proven ability to deliver high standards of cleanliness in line with current health regulation standards.

• Proven experience in quality control against robust standards.

• Proven experience in a high performing fast paced team who can work under pressure.

• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

• High level of competency both written and spoken English

• Ability to work public holidays and weekends

• You will either be a New Zealand Citizen or have Permanent Work Rights in New Zealand.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role includes but is not limited to:

• Determine work requirements and allocate duties
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Respond promptly to all customer enquiries
• Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
• Prepare reports for one to one meetings with senior management regarding direct cost, wage control
• Schedule purchasing and inventory control
• Upsell and ensure that revenue is maximised
• Ensure compliance with established SOPS, company policies, help to implement and communicate new SOPs
• Maintain and perform restaurant administrative duties
• Any other food and beverage administration jobs as required by the senior management team
