The Role

We're looking for Chef of all levels to join our opening team and work alongside our Head Chef to deliver a refined yet relaxed lakefront dining experience. You'll help lead the kitchen, maintain quality and consistency, and support in developing and training a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations
  • Lead by example during service and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all dishes
  • Support with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
  • Step up to manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence

  • 3+ years' experience in a busy, high-quality kitchen
  • Proven leadership skills and calm efficiency under pressure
  • Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
  • Passion for quality food and a collaborative, professional mindset
