Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a progressive and fast paced project environment.

You will be working on API integration, system modernisation, data migration, and digital uplift projects. You'll collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead analysis across API + integration initiatives
  • Capture requirements, map processes, and run workshops
  • Support releases with documentation, testing, and change readiness
  • Solve production issues and empower users
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to our technical roadmap

What you bring:

  • 5-10 years dedicated experience working within a Digital Business Analyst role.
  • Large scale enterprise corporate business environment experience - ideally within an insurance or financial services position is preferred.
  • Strong experience with APIs, digital solutions, and system integration
  • Confident working in Agile and SDLC environments
  • Excellent communicator with great facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

This is a 12mth fixed term salaried role with an ASAP start required.  All candidates must be based in Auckland with full NZ working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
