About the role

We're seeking experienced Cellar Hands to join our full-time, permanent team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with vintage experience, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for wine production.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate winery equipment (e.g. crossflow, centrifuge, decanter)
  • Support cellar operations across vintages and general production
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 vintages' experience, ideally in a large winery
  • Experience with winery tech and systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness and practical aptitude
  • Full driver's licence preferred
  • Interest in wine is a bonus
