About the role:

We're currently looking to fill multiple Vintage Cellar Hands roles on a Fixed Term basis, to commence around early-to-mid January 2026.

Key responsibilities:

Our Vintage Cellar Hands operate a variety of plant and machinery to begin the winemaking process, some of the tasks you may be involved in include;

Undertaking vintage cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice/wine transfers

Recording data on log sheets and cellar notes

Maintaining general winery cleanliness and hygiene.

What You'll Bring:

You're a team orientated, passionate individual, who thrives working in fast paced and dynamic environments. In this role, you'll be expected to work long shifts in a physically demanding role.

Full working rights – visa holders included

Good communication skills & the ability to work in a team, and individually

Literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to work rotating shift work (possible weekends also)

Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks, and the ability to work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces
