As our Learning, Change & Knowledge Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing successful change to life in our organisation.

You'll coordinate learning and change activities across projects and teams, overhaul the way that we store, find and use our critical knowledge and internal resources, and help our people feel confident and supported through change. From crafting bite-sized learning content to helping managers communicate change effectively, this role is all about making knowledge accessible and change sustainable.

We are looking for a hands-on person who can coordinate change and learning activities across projects and the organisation.

Someone who can:

  • Maintain and improve how we store and organise our knowledge, operating procedures, and how-to / support content.
  • Plan, author and deliver training (micro-learning, guides, quick videos) and support managers with training.
  • Track change impacts, feedback, and learning outcomes; report on learning development progress.
  • Champion the consistent use of systems, templates, version control, document tagging and other standards across our organisation.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in learning and training delivery
  • Experience of improving the way organisational knowledge is managed in a modern digital organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience of enabling and facilitating change in a fast paced environment
