About You  

A hard working, reliable individual with a can-do attitude, an eye for detail, excellent time management and a wonderful empathy for the older person. Experience working through the night time hours is an advantage as multiple shifts are available from 4pm - 7.30am 7 days a week.

Based in Silverdale, The Botanic team are passionate about providing the very best in service to our valued Village Residents.

On completion The Botanic will be home to residents and will include full amenities and care home. We are looking for that special person to come on our journey and help to provide a seamless nighttime support experience for our Residents along with cleaning and light security services.

The Night Services Attendant at The Botanic is responsible for ensuring the safety, security and well-being of Residents and the smooth operation of cleaning and light security duties during nighttime hours.

This role requires diligent supervision and effective communication and the ability to respond to emergency calls from within the Village.

First Aid Training advantageous but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Position will initially be part time casual with opportunities to progress to permanent part time or permanent full time. The time has come to expand our team as our Village grows.

  • To provide the village with an effective cleaning service ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation in the communal areas.
