We also have a Distribution Centre and own our own Frame and Truss Manufacturing Plant.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the General Manager Trade Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving sales success and building strong customer relationships across an Auckland-based territory. You’ll identify opportunities to grow revenue, add value to business partnerships, and stay on top of market trends and projects. As a key player at industry events, you’ll combine hands-on relationship management with a focus on increasing market share.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends.
- Establish and grow relationships with clients and prospects, recommending tailored solutions.
- Maintain client relationships through ongoing support, guidance, and by recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify product needs and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, analyse data, and provide key insights to support growth.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years of account management experience, ideally within the building industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of building products, including technical specifications.
- Excellent time management, communication, and IT skills.
- Commercially minded and solutions focused.
