Are you an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor? Do you have strong team leadership, safety and TTM compliance and onsite experience? ... We're looking for a motivated and capable TTM Crew Supervisor to join our Silverdale - North Auckland Branch

Joining our Branch Management team, this pivotal hands-on role acts as the key operational player between our TTM field crews and Operational support team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day deployment of crews from the branch, ensuring we are providing great service and delivering safe and compliant Traffic Management services to our valued clients.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinate and oversee daily TTM operations to ensure crews, vehicles, and equipment are deployed effectively to meet job, safety, and client requirements.
• Ensure and maintain the safe and compliant delivery of TTM across our sites through regular site and field crew auditing.
• Lead and support our crews through clear direction, regular check-ins, coaching and performance feedback, to build a safe, engaged, and high-performing team.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, handling daily communication, job updates, and minor issues to ensure service is delivered to a high standard and in line with their expectations.
• Champion health and safety by encouraging safe behaviours and reinforcing compliance best practices through site and equipment checks, accurate documentation, incident reporting and support with investigations.

This is a full-time role with on-call responsibilities when required. Our crews work across the Auckland region day and night as well as reactive work - This is a busy role where no two days are the same, that's what's so exciting about The Traffic Management industry

You'll be provided with a company work use vehicle keeping you mobile, connected, and ready for action as you travel to work sites, client locations, and other Traffic Safe branches supporting our crews and effective delivery of TTM.

What you'll bring:

Success in this role requires a solid background in Temporary Traffic Management, civil infrastructure or construction combined with proven project management expertise and strong people leadership skills. You must hold a Site Traffic Management Supervisor - Practicing Qualification with relevant onsite experience across a range of work.

• Experience in an operational leadership or coordination role in Traffic Management, Civil or Construction.
• Understanding of Traffic Management planning, design andmethodologies.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Confident in overseeing and coaching field teams in fast-paced, safety-critical environments.
• Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and compliance standards.
• Must hold a full NZ class 1 drivers licence.
• Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work.
