We are seeking a candidate with a background in hospitality, proficient in food and beverage service, and ideally skilled in barista coffee-making (training will be provided if needed). The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and integrate smoothly into our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a memorable farewell: Employees are expected to greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive at the resort, ensuring that all interactions are welcoming. Likewise, upon departure, employees must ensure guests leave with a positive impression by offering assistance with any final requests and providing a courteous farewell.

· Manage guest check-ins and check-outs at reception: Employees are responsible for efficiently processing guest arrivals and departures. This includes verifying reservations, issuing room keys, explaining resort facilities, and handling any special guest requests during check-in. During check-out, employees must process payments, answer any queries regarding billing, and solicit feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, including specialty coffees and spirits: Employees must be trained and capable of preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks and specialty coffees. They are also responsible for maintaining bar stock levels, adhering to liquor laws, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized.

· Take and serve food and beverage orders in the dining area: Employees are responsible for providing table service in the dining area, which includes taking food and drink orders from guests, ensuring accuracy, and delivering the orders in a timely and courteous manner. Employees must also be knowledgeable about menu items to make recommendations and accommodate guest preferences or dietary restrictions.

· Assist with food service setup, delivery, and clearing: Employees are expected to assist with the setup of dining or event spaces before meal service, ensuring tables, utensils, and settings are properly arranged. They should also deliver food orders to guests in a timely manner and clear tables after meals, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

· Maintain high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times: Employees are expected to adhere to the resort's high service standards, focusing on providing exceptional guest experiences. This includes addressing any issues or complaints swiftly and professionally, going above and beyond to meet guest expectations, and continually seeking ways to improve the service experience.

· Process guest payments and operate the POS system: Employees are responsible for handling guest payments accurately and efficiently. This includes operating the resort's POS system, processing cash, card, and electronic payments, and providing accurate receipts. Employees must also manage guest accounts and ensure any billing discrepancies are resolved.

· Keep reception, bar, and dining areas clean and organized: Employees are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This includes tidying and organizing the reception desk, bar area, and dining spaces. Employees must ensure these areas are clean and presentable for guests at all times, including regular cleaning tasks such as wiping down surfaces and removing trash.

· Participate in team briefings and training sessions: Employees are required to attend and actively participate in regular team meetings, briefings, and training sessions. These sessions are designed to ensure staff are informed of daily operations, updates on policies, and upcoming events, as well as to provide opportunities for skill development and team building.

· Adhere to resort policies and maintain a professional appearance: Employees must familiarise themselves with and follow all resort policies, including those regarding conduct, safety, and service standards. They are also required to maintain a professional appearance at all times, which includes wearing the appropriate uniform and adhering to the resort's grooming standards.
