Commission Only Sales Role

  • If you're a Skilled Salesperson or Business Development Manager (BDM) AND you can operate in a Commission Only Model, we will give you all the sales prospecting help possible, so you only focus on Selling & Converting prospects into clients

  • You'll be selling a solution for a Client in our system, AND within our Sales Process so win more often. You'll also get Sales Coaching because "Two Brains Are Better Than One"

  • Our Clients range from Technology Software, or Consulting Services, or Retail, Commercial and many other types

  • You can be Part Time (working with 1 Client at 50% of working week), or Full-Time (working with 2 Clients for the whole week)

  • We're looking for Driven, Positive Attitude and Charismatic Salespeople who know what to do, can build rapport, qualify hard and get Sales Won.

Potential commissions earned will range from (approx) $100,000 to $120,000 in the year

Each of our Clients will support you to know how to pitch their Solution. You will also work with a Performance Manager in our business so you have someone else to support you in Sales.

Note: First you are contracted as a BDM within our business, then we help onboard and prepare you, and then we allocate you to a client with all support, guidance and coaching to win. If a client doesn't work out, we might swap you to another client.

Inclusions:

  • SDR (Sales Development Rep) resource to help you with Prospecting BUT but you are expected to prospect as well ;)

  • Sales Prospecting Process, collecting Target Audience and Outbound Communications

  • CRM and Reporting/Monitoring

  • Performance Manager for Sales Coaching and Sales Advice

  • Virtual Assistants for ad-hoc data mining and admin help

  • Option to work for One (1) Client or Two (2) Clients, if you want
