We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow market share across the small to medium business sector, selling modern ICT solutions. This role focuses on delivering hybrid workplace, Microsoft-centric, cloud, collaboration and AV offerings that help customers modernise and improve how their teams work.

  • Sell hybrid workplace, Microsoft 365/Teams, cloud and AV solutions into the SMB market
  • Identify new opportunities, engage decision makers and run discovery sessions
  • Present tailored ICT solutions that address real business problems

Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills, the ability to build trust quickly and confidence operating across both technical and business discussions. You will manage the full sales cycle from proactive outreach through to presentations, proposals and closing.

  • Confident presenting to business owners and senior leaders
  • Skilled in solution positioning, proposal development and negotiation
  • Driven, organised and motivated to exceed activity and revenue targets

We are seeking someone with proven experience in ICT or technology solution sales, ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience, who understands hybrid environments, cloud concepts, collaboration platforms, and AV technologies. You must have the energy and discipline required to thrive in a competitive SMB environment.
