We're on the hunt for a finance professional who's as good with numbers as they are with people. Someone who can handle the books and help our clients build better businesses.

This is a hybrid role that blends accounting expertise with strategic financial consulting, we're open to someone coming into a permanent role or working with us as a contractor.

What you'll do:

  • Manage internal accounting and financial reporting for Blomfield
  • Collaborate with our executive advisory team to deliver high-impact insights
  • Contribute to pitches and proposals with financial modeling and strategic input

Lead client-facing work in:

  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Financial planning
  • Loan brokering and funding strategy
  • Business performance analysis
  • Financial modeling

What You Bring:

  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or commercial advisory
  • Confidence to engage directly with clients and present financial strategies
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex numbers in simple terms
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing, team environment
  • You're future-minded and excited to explore the possibilities and potential of AI
  • A sense of fun and a personality that adds to the team

Bonus Points:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Experience working in or with consulting firms
  • Experience with SME clients or high-growth businesses
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations
  • Exposure to financial strategy, funding advisory, or business advisory projects
