Process & Sub process

  • Planning, budgeting and forecasting,
  • Monthly / quarterly management reporting & Ad-hoc reporting
  • Month close and other business partnering activities

Skillset

Mandatory

  • 12+ years of experience in to finance & accounts with a minimum of 8+ years into General Finance (FP&A)
  • Prepare MIS reports and dash boards
  • Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders (Internal & external)
  • Effective management of SLAs & KPIs
  • Good exposure in to escalation management
  • Having prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Exposure to IFRS
  • Ability to handle audits (Internal & external)
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written)
  • Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
  • Exposure to business analytics

Desirable

  • Good exposure in tools (Oracle EPM, COGNOS, Hyperion, Micro Strategy & like)
  • Certifications like Six sigma Green belt will be an added advantage
  • Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable
  • KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage
  • Managing cross functional training with in the team.
  • Generating leads which might be for potential business development
  • Prepare and gather data to support development of financial assessments and scenario analysis
  • Annual budget, forecasting activities & corporate planning support
  • Quarterly business review pack, CFO pack, board meeting data preparations & other monthly commentaries pack
  • Accruals preparation, GL reconciliations, flash, P&L reviews, Gap / Variance analysis and commentary
  • Ad-hoc analysis, support towards business case modelling & contract reviews
  • Management Reporting, Cost center reporting, store reporting & like
