Health & Safety Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Health & Safety (H&S) Systems Administrator to join our Corporate division. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our H&S systems, supporting data consistency, and driving continuous improvement across our safety platforms and usergroups.

Whether you are a graduate with a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm for simplification, or someone with Health and Safety experience and understanding of H&S systems, we are keen to hear from you.

You'll work closely with the Group Safety Systems Manager, H&S Business Analyst, and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure our systems are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly. This role also includes document control, SharePoint site administration, and supporting injury management and occupational health monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer H&S systems including Q-Pulse, and H&S SharePoint
  • Conduct data and system audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Support monthly HSQE reporting and  improvements to our systems
  • Manage H&S documentation lifecycle,  change requests and communications
  • Monitor occupational health and injury data, escalating issues as needed
  • Provide training and coaching to system users and super users
  • Promote H&S communications via SharePoint and Hub articles
  • Champion continuous improvement and safety culture

About You:

  • A qualification in Business or Systems (preferred)
  • Experience in Health & Safety or Enterprise Risk Management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, and ISO Management Standards (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
