We're on the lookout for two capable Export Documentation Coordinators to join our skilled team driving Global Export success.

About the Role

These positions play a key part in ensuring our export processes run seamlessly. You'll take ownership of generating and sending export documents tailored to different countries and customer requirements, all while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external contacts. From meeting compliance standards to supporting seasonal peaks, your input will help ensure smooth international delivery of our products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue export documentation through Snap Sales
  • Ensure all export activity complies with NZ Customs regulations, trade agreements, and necessary certifications (e.g. ICPRs, CEDOs)
  • Manage and update customer records, including responding to documentation requests and confirming import permits
  • Coordinate with Sales and freight providers to finalise documents such as Bills of Lading
  • Provide admin support to the wider export function as needed

About You

  • Previous experience in export documentation or international logistics
  • Strong organisational abilities and a solution-focused approach
  • A sharp eye for detail, especially when working under pressure
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Familiarity with the apple industry or Snap Sales software is an advantage
  • A valid Customs Declarant Code is preferred
