We're seeking a motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our Business Banking team, based at our Highbrook Business Hub in Auckland.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in enhancing and growing our portfolio of SME customers while helping shape and deliver key strategies and initiatives. You'll lift team performance, optimise processes, and create an environment where our people thrive and our customers receive exceptional experiences.

  • Growth mindset and readiness to develop and enhance your leadership skills
