As a Business Transformation Lead, you'll drive the successful delivery of transformative initiatives that connects platforms, processes, and experiences across Business and Retail customer journeys.  Working within a cross functional team, you'll champion the voice of our customers and internal teams, ensuring the change delivers value. You will play a pivotal role in the design of business processes and customer experience, embedding change while balancing risk, value and impact. With a strong vision for the future, you'll shape smooth transitions and impactful change management, helping to redefine banking for Kiwi. This role requires the ability to translate complex details, represent diverse perspectives, and challenge assumptions to ensure solutions align with Kiwibank's growth aspirations - delivering meaningful change, value, and improved experiences.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams, bridging technology and business change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and performance, with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business expertise across a range of disciplines (product, distribution, ops, and risks) combined with deep knowledge of project delivery, process improvement, and risk management.
• An Agile mindset, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Strong background in business change, and experience with CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce.

You do not need to tick every box here to be considered Above all we are looking for someone who understands the key pain points customers face in banking and the channels they use to engage, enabling them to design solutions that truly enhance the customer experience.
