About the role

This full-time Digital Marketing Advisor role presents an exciting opportunity to join a group of businesses with diverse brands. You will be responsible for delivering impactful digital marketing strategies and campaigns to help drive growth for their diverse client base. This role will take over the digital functions currently managed by a digital agency, bringing them in-house to deliver sharper execution and stronger performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email and other channels
  • Create and manage media paid campaigns
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform digital strategy
  • Optimise website content and user experience to improve organic search visibility and conversion rates
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide insightful reporting to clients
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Monitor and report on digital performance, including traffic, conversions and ROI
  • Website and SEO management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a digital marketing or search engine marketing role preferably in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of construction, manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimisation, paid search, social media marketing and email marketing
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Payload and Wordpress
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media or a related field is preferred
  • Commercially minded with a strong performance focus
