We are looking for an Extraordinaire to support the team in the Whangarei office
- **Monday to Friday - 20 hours per week**. Monday being your longest day of work and Friday being your shortest day of work. This will be a salaried position.
Working to support the managers, supervisors and team members across the district, you will support the branch where needed in operations, administration including payroll data entry, stores/kitchen duties.
**Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to**:
- Supporting recruitment, screening requirements and recruitment documents and inductions.
- Maintaining monthly consumables/chemical stock levels in the branch, includes ordering and storing, ensuring receipt of inward/outward stock, and reporting anomalies to the Branch Manager and Area administrator based in Head Office.
- Keeping a log of goods and products issued to staff and supervisors/managers and maintaining the Stock balance template.
- Collating and data entry of staff's weekly timesheets into excel spreadsheets within allocated company deadlines.
- Supporting the team with general office administration/kitchen/washing duties and including vehicle services as scheduled, photocopying and filing as required, stores inventory and store distribution, stock storing in main stores area, some heavy lifting involved.
- Maintaining the health & safety compliance requirements as per company policies and processes dashboard (Vault).
This is a very busy role, the ideal individual for this role will have a mature approach to Time management, proven success in working well with people at all levels, excellent skills in administration data entry and Outlook technology, timely and effective reporting skills, and a sense of responsibility to your own work on top of being an enthusiastic team player. You will report directly to the Whangarei Branch Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Some flexibility in your work schedule (as some work may be required out of normal hours due to the requirement of the business).
- Proficient in using Outlook, Excel Spreadsheets & Microsoft word.
- Must be Fully fit - e.g.: As some lifting of consumable boxes from pallets to locations in storeroom required.
- You will have a great eye for detail, and be a fast learner
