Christchurch Central, New Zealand Ray White Next Step Realty Full time

This is more than an admin role — it's an opportunity to become a trusted partner in a high-performing real estate business.

Are you someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping the engine running smoothly? This is your chance to step into a pivotal Operations Manager role supporting Ali Ahmadi, one of Christchurch's most dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents at Ray White Addington.

Ali's business is growing fast, and he's looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and world-class client care. You'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring every client touchpoint is seamless while freeing Ali to focus on listing, negotiating, and selling.

Based in our newly refurbished Addington office overlooking the raceway, you'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Following Ray White systems and processes, you'll also have the opportunity to bring initiative, creativity, and sharp attention to detail to make a real impact.

You don't need to be a licensed salesperson—just highly capable, committed, and ready to contribute to a winning team. Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Sales & Client Support

  • Draft and manage correspondence to clients and prospects
  • Coordinate OFI follow-ups, newsletters, nurture campaigns, and special events
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process

Listings & Marketing

  • Prepare pre-listing kits, listing presentations, and auction submissions
  • Liaise with photographers and coordinate property marketing
  • Design and organise signboards, mail drops, brochures, and advertising
  • Manage vendor marketing payments and feedback reports

Systems & Databases

  • Maintain CRM systems including VaultRE and NurtureCloud
  • Update buyer, seller, and email databases
  • Collect testimonials and conduct buyer/seller surveys

Prospecting & Brand Presence

  • Coordinate farm area marketing and letterbox drops
  • Track listing activity and competitor signage
  • Manage "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" campaigns

Contracts & Compliance

  • Liaise with solicitors and the Ray White / NSR Support Centre
  • Ensure deposits are paid and inspections are organised

General Operations

  • Order promotional materials
  • Coordinate deliveries, keys, paperwork, and marketing assets
  • Attend Ray White training and ongoing upskilling opportunities

Key Skills and Attributes

You're organised, confident, and thrive under pressure. You take pride in doing things properly and love being relied on. You're proactive, switched on, and genuinely care about people and presentation.  You will have:-

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A deep understanding of the importance of client care and how to support your team
  • Proven organisation and time management skills
  • Professionalism, warmth, and common sense
  • The ability to take ownership, show initiative, and think ahead
  • The experience to present confidently and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential — training and support will be provided.

If you're a motivated professional who loves organisation, communication, and helping a business thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
