Feilding Health Care and Palmerston North Health Care are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Services Administrator to support the smooth running of our practices. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and you'll play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and outstanding patient experiences.
About the Role
As a Business Services Administrator, you will provide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Processes: Managing claims, debtor follow-ups, and reconciliations.
- Administration: Processing bank statements, managing shared inboxes, and supporting daily operations.
- Health & Safety: Assisting with compliance checks and promoting a safe workplace.
- Customer Service: Being a welcoming face for patients and providing exceptional service.
- Team Support: Collaborating with colleagues and stepping in during high workload periods.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administration experience (invoicing, record keeping, data entry).
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and adapt to changing situations.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; knowledge of MedTech is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to health, safety, and privacy standards.
