**About you**:
You'll focus on our customers; you'll be self-motivated, inspire and mentor our team of service technicians. You will need:

- An automotive heavy engineering or diesel mechanic qualification
- Excellence in diagnostics and have a sound understanding of electronics and hydraulics.
- A background in agricultural tractors and machinery
- Good communication skills to liaise with people at all levels.
- To understand and manage customer expectations.
- A good level of physical fitness as there is some heavy lifting involved.

**About the role**:
This is a permanent full-time role based at our Power Farming Manawatu branch which is located in Feilding. You will partner with the Service Manager to:

- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Service Team to ensure work is assigned and completed in a timely manner.
- Coach and mentor our Service Team, with a focus on our apprentices.
- Develop, communicate and monitor process and workflow within the service department.
- Ensure all work orders and jobs are completed on time.
