New World Feilding is looking for a Office Administrator to join our
Team.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides
themselves on the quality produce and service we offer our customers here at New
World.

This is a varied role and not all your time will be in the office. Your
duties will include

  • Banking / Cash
  • Payroll
  • Invoicing / Credits
  • Follow up overdue Accounts
  • Stocktaking
  • Helping customers with enquiries
  • Helping our department managers with receipting / invoicing / credits
  • Ticketing
  • General Office tasks
  • Occasional packing at checkouts on our busiest days
  • Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards at all times

Here's what we're looking for:

  • We use SAP -  SAP experience is a
    definite advantage, but full training will be given
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Customer service driven – it's the reason we're here
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be reliable, we are a close team and you'll be missed if you're not
    here
  • Have a good work ethic
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Permanent part-time hours
