We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service / Sales Support team member to be the first point of contact for our customers.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can think on their feet while maintaining a professional and friendly manner.

You'll handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and messaging, and provide efficient support to the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first to answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service at all times.
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order entry, and customer follow-ups.
  • Manage and resolve customer enquiries promptly, escalating when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties as required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, polite, and professional when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Competent with email, messaging apps, and standard office software.
  • Positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is essential.
  • Background in a fast-moving, service-driven business is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems. (HUBSPOT)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in communication and data entry.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service role.
