Join a busy facilities team and provide essential administrative support across daily operations. This role suits someone who enjoys working with systems, communicating with a wide range of people and keeping things running smoothly.

You will support the Facilities Manager with the administration of the CMMS system, coordination of all internal and external requests, accurate record keeping and general administrative duties. The position requires strong organisation and a customer-focused approach. 

This role is 32 hours per week, 7:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

What is in it for you:

  • Immediate start -  $35 per hour + 8% Holiday pay

  • 3 Month temp assignment with opportunity to go permanent

Key tasks:

  • Daily administration of the system, including data entry and updates
  • Main contact for staff, contractors and external customers
  • General administrative support across the Facilities function
  • Keeping documentation and records accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with reporting, scheduling and operational tasks

About you:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of people
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage systems effectively
  • Experience in facilities, property, trades or contracting is advantageous
  • Professional, organised and customer-focused
