A well established family general medical practice, in a centrally located purpose-built clinic, with modern and attractive facilities. We have experienced' general practitioners and a dedicated team of practice nurses. We provide quality individual and family health care, with a focus on the importance of a strong relationship between patient and healthcare provider.

**We now have an opening in our busy medical centre. This is a permanent part time position working 24 hours across 3 days, Monday, Thursday and Friday.**

**What you will be doing**
- Greeting patients on arrival and checking them in
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Booking appointments on phone and in person
- Invoicing and collecting fees from patients
- Other Administrative tasks

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in administration and working in teams
- Ability to work under pressure and assist a diversity of patients
- Exposure to MedTech 32 is desirable, training will be given if needed
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use initiative

The successful applicant will be flexible with hours, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills. Previous medical centre receptionist experience is preferred. Experience with Medtech 32 is an advantage.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
