As our Construction Project Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of major urban civil projects - from planning and programming to health, safety and environmental compliance, quality assurance, and financial management. You'll coordinate resources, drive best practice, and manage subcontractors, taking full ownership of project outcomes.
In addition to the above you will:
- Represent Fulton Hogan at client and stakeholder meetings, building trusted relationships and clearly communicating progress and results
- Lead and support a positive, collaborative team culture, driving consistent project success
- Communicate effectively and form strong relationships with clients, co-workers, and other stakeholders

We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated leadership in Construction, 3 Waters, or major Civil works
- Absolute commitment to health and safety as your top priority
- At least 5 years' construction experience, including 2+ as a Project Manager
- Civil Engineering diploma/degree
- Strong communication - confident presenting, reporting, and negotiating
- Financial know-how and attention to detail
