Lynx Recruitment is partnering with respected civil construction and infrastructure companies to deliver major three waters, drainage, and civil projects across the Bay of Plenty.

We're seeking experienced Civil Project Managers and Project Engineers ready to take ownership of end-to-end delivery and lead multidisciplinary teams in high-value community projects.

These roles suit professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, bringing together design, construction, and stakeholder management to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of civil and three waters projects, from planning and design through to completion.
  • Lead project teams, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Liaise with councils, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee H&S, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery systems and outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers and site teams to support technical and leadership growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in civil infrastructure or water project delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge of water, wastewater, stormwater, or drainage systems.
  • Experience from the ground up highly favoured EG ex operators or supervisors moving off tolls
  • Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (degree or diploma) - CPENG Highly Favorable.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current NZ driver's licence and full working rights.
