Are you a Construction Manager who turns great delivery and strong relationships into repeat work? This Mount Manganui role sits at the heart of a high-performing civil team built on trust, reputation, and smart leadership.

We're seeking a high-calibre leader who can confidently represent the business and build trusted relationships across the region. Reporting to the Region Manager, you'll lead 8 direct reports and a wider team of around 70.

You'll bring strong operational leadership, commercial sharpness, and the ability to guide teams through complex civil, roading, and three-waters projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in a similar construction leadership role.
  • Strong technical, contractual, and financial understanding of civil and roading projects
  • Proven commercial strength across tendering, budgeting, P&L, and cost control
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Natural business development instincts and the ability to win work through reputation and relationships
  • Confident, collaborative leadership style
