We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Graduate Customer Success & Account Management Executive to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about technology, health, and helping customers succeed, this is your opportunity to shape the future of digital health.

As part of our Customer Success & Account Management team, you will:

  • Build positive, long-term relationships with customers and support them in their onboarding and ongoing use of our platform.
  • Conduct customer check-ins, site visits, and product walkthroughs to understand their needs.
  • Help customers adopt new features — including our growing suite of AI-enabled tools.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
  • Prepare weekly activity updates and contribute to insights through data and AI-powered reporting.
  • Represent Manage My Health at events, webinars, and user groups to support customer engagement.
  • Follow ISO and ISMS procedures to ensure high standards of service and compliance.

You're a recent graduate (or early-career professional) who is:

  • Passionate about customer service, relationship building, and problem-solving.
  • Interested in digital health, technology, and how AI can transform care.
  • Friendly, proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving, mission-driven team.
  • Bonus points if you've had exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or practice management systems — but it's not essential.
