- Casual shifts available between 10am - 9pm Monday to Friday, and 12pm - 7pm on weekends and public holidays (NZDT)
- Must meet home office requirements, including a quiet space, high-speed broadband and an up-to-date computer
- Successful candidates must be available to complete 4 weeks of paid full-time training from 10:30am to 7pm (NZDT), Monday to Friday, commencingthe 24th of November
- Must be able to provide availability from the 22nd of December to the 11th of January

Home Office Requirements
With our head office located in Sydney, Australia, this role is exclusively working from home. You can be located anywhere in New Zealand

Rostered Hours
You have the flexibility to provide availability that suits you within our call centre operating hours (NZDT):
- Monday to Friday: 10am - 9pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 12pm - 7pm
We're especially looking for team members who are available over the holiday period, as our call centre operates every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. The more availability you can offer, the more shifts you're likely to receive over the holidays and into the new year.

A typical day in the life might include:
- Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Capturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new customers how our service works
- Scheduling appointments with the right technician for the job
- Resolving customer concerns and post-service queries, including complaints and complex situations that should be handled with professionalism and sound judgment
- Assisting with customer communications via email and social media platforms
- Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians
Qualities of an exceptional Customer Service Specialist:
While having experience in a call centre or sales-based role is highly favourable, we're looking for more than just that. You're a perfect fit for our team if you are:
