About the role

Step into a pivotal role where your leadership and organisational skills will shape the heartbeat of our business. As Senior Business Manager, you'll be the trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leaders, driving seamless executive support, office management, and event delivery. You'll lead a high-performing team, foster a vibrant workplace culture, and ensure our internal communications are sharp, clear, and aligned with our brand.

In this key role you'll

  • Provide strategic executive support to the CEO and senior leaders, managing priorities and engagements.

  • Lead a team delivering top-tier business support, office management, and event coordination.

  • Drive internal communications and culture initiatives to engage and inspire employees.

  • Oversee office logistics, facilities, and major projects for a seamless work environment.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key liaison across the business.

  • Proven leadership in complex organisations, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Expertise in executive administration, event planning, and travel coordination.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools.

  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and resilience under pressure.
