Ray White Burnside is growing and we're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager / Personal Assistant to work closely with Branch Manager Tina Zhang, one of Christchurch's most successful and community-minded real estate leaders.

You'll join a warm, multicultural team that values collaboration and exceptional service. This varied role spans operations, marketing, client care, and systems management, giving you meaningful responsibility and the chance to own your work.

To thrive, you'll need to be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, a professional and service-minded approach, and the ability to learn systems quickly are essential. You'll work independently and as part of the team, bringing reliability, initiative, creativity, and a calm, proactive mindset.

Real estate experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, adaptability, and capability are what matter most.

Bi-lingual candidates who can read and write Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) will have an advantage due to the diverse clientele of our office.

As Tina's Operations Manager/PA, you'll ensure the smooth running of her business by:

Operations & Client Care

  • Managing correspondence and client communication
  • Preparing marketing materials, newsletters, and mailouts
  • Handling database and CRM updates (VaultRE, NurtureCloud)

Listings & Marketing Support

  • Preparing pre-listing kits and listing presentations
  • Coordinating property photoshoots
  • Designing signboards and marketing collateral
  • Sending Just Listed / Just Sold updates

Contract & Sales Support

  • Liaising with solicitors, NSR Support Centre, and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with processes and checklists
  • Coordinating inspections and property access

General Office and Project Support

  • Organising promotional items and events
  • Assisting with community marketing initiatives
  • Attending Ray White training and development workshops
