• Implement and communicate sector strategy to maximise performance.
• Manage client sales and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee financial activities and ensure budget compliance.
• Lead change management and business excellence initiatives.
• Recruit, induct, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

• Strong multi-site operational and contract management experience.
• Advanced commercial acumen and budget management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop successful teams.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles.
• Business or degree qualifications would be an advantage
