We're expanding our Data, Insights and AI capability and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who lives and breathes data, knows how to translate business into tech, and thrives on delivering real outcomes (not just documentation ).

What you'll be doing

You'll be the bridge between business + technology - shaping how data powers decisions across the AA.

You will:

  • Lead data-driven solution design + deliver value-focused outcomes
  • Champion data governance, privacy + compliance frameworks
  • Define KPIs + measure benefits realisation
  • Guide delivery: backlog, ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, UAT
  • Validate data integrity, quality + readiness for enterprise scale
  • Work with technical teams to uplift our enterprise data platform
  • Evaluate tools, tech + platforms for AA's future data ecosystem

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years Business Analysis with 2+ years at Senior level
  • Solid experience in data analysis, governance + platform delivery
  • Proven ability turning complex requirements into business value
  • Strong stakeholder engagement + communication skills
  • Comfortable influencing, challenging and leading at pace

Bonus points for: SQL, Tableau, advanced analytics, data ethics, GenAI exposure.
