The Role:
As a Customer Services Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of executing SPEED's sales and growth strategies. Backed by a Team of dedicated parts professionals, this Monday - Friday hybrid role offers a mix of both operational and customer facing duties, with plenty of scope for future growth. Initially this role will be responsible for inventory control, product receipt, distribution and local customer deliveries, with an intent to specialize in time. This is a key role where a "Can Do" attitude combined with a bias for action will directly influence our customers experience the company's future success.
Based from our branch in Glenfield, you will ensure accurate receipt and dispatch stock, timely customer deliveries, develop key customer relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience that supports our continued expansion across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Stock management, inwards and outward goods.
- Deliveries: Local Customer deliveries
- Customer Relationship Support : Take customer stock orders, credits and new sales opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Customer Expertise A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Stock Control: The relevant experience and a desire to take charge of all aspects of stock control
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of sales & customer relationship principles—ideally in the Automotive sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying opportunities and navigating challenges.
- A Full Clean Car Drivers License : This role does NOT require a Truck or Forklift license.
