Senior Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Specialist – Partmaster Tauranga

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Parts Interpreter / Customer Service Specialist to join our Tauranga branch. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager and working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Supplying and delivering automotive parts to trade customers.
  • Managing inwards and outwards stock.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally within the automotive or trade sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full, clean NZ driver's licence.
