Who are InZone Industries?

InZone Industries manufactures and installs insulation for residential and commercial properties all around New Zealand. We have two sides to our company – Mammoth, which produces our insulation products, and Brightr, which installs our insulation into Kiwi homes.

As a carbon-reduced company, InZone Industries uses up to 15,600 recycled plastic bottles for every 100 square meters of our insulation made. We are a part of the Warmer Kiwi Homes program with EECA that provides families with a warm and dry home.

About the role:

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Tauranga, providing administrative and operational support across the Tauranga and Whakatane regions.

You'll work closely with the Regional Manager, Sales Team, and Operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer experiences, and accurate, timely processing of jobs from sale through to completion.

The successful candidate will start in late January 2026.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support regional sales and operations using Odoo and MYOB systems
  • Generate and update quotes, orders, and customer information
  • Coordinate job bookings, paperwork, and installer schedules
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and assist with resolutions
  • Liaise with suppliers, funders, and contractors to keep jobs on track
  • Complete accurate data entry, invoicing, and weekly wage preparation.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace and MS Office
  • Experience with Odoo and/or MYOB preferred
  • Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
