McFall is seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Experience Manager, based in Mount Maunganui, to lead our sales and customer support contact centre team of 6 across inbound and outbound channels. This is a pivotal leadership role that drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.
About the Role
As Customer Experience Manager, you will:
- Lead a dedicated team focused on delivering responsive, high-quality service.
- Oversee customer onboarding, account management, and support functions.
- Drive outbound campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing to support revenue growth.
- Champion digital transformation through CRM system leadership and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure internal customer needs are met with efficiency and care.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in customer experience, contact centre operations, or account management.
- Strong team development and coaching capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in fuel, lubricants, or a similar industry is advantageous.
